Job Title: Junior Recruiter
This is a 6 month Contract position (possibility of becoming a permanent position)
Responsibilities:
Recruit for various temporary and permanent positions
Assist senior recruiters on searches and interviews
Prescreen, interview and evaluate candidates
Make hiring recommendations
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources
Experience working in a fast pace/multi tasking environment
Strong communications skills
Computer literate
Experience taking initiative
Able to work independently and in a team
