Travel & Tourism - Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent (Church & King)

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasurable stay by meeting their needs in a professional and courteous manner, and by providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate friendliness, initiative, decisiveness, resourcefulness, sharp problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail and a strong willingness to help. This position entails both evening and overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing guest check-ins and taking reservations in an accurate, timely and courteous manner.
- Retrieving and processing reservations from online reservation engines.
- Processing and shipping online merchandise orders.
- Basic auditing of the day's shifts and reconciling accounts.
- Basic security.
- Providing guests with clear, accurate information about the surrounding area.
- Fielding guest questions and concerns.
- Evaluating the needs of each customer and adapting service to meet those needs.
- Generating maximum sales of memberships, overnights, tours and all other products.
- Creating a positive relationship with guests and staff.
- Multi-tasking in a high-pressure and fun environment.
