We are currently seeking to fill the role of Guest Service & Retail Advisor in our Etobicoke location. This is a multifaceted, dynamic role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to ensure high levels of guest service are achieved and maintained in addition to retail recommendations and sales.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Ability to booking and coordinating appointments while maximizing the spa schedule.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Retail experience. Experience working in a spa environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
