Interface Developer XHTML/CSS (Mississauga)

We are a growing Internet development company working mainly in the healthcare industry. We have been in business for 10 years. We work on all major platforms (ASP.Net, MS SQL, Oracle, Java, JSP, PHP and MySQL) in a team oriented environment with design, interface, application, mobile and database specialists.
We are currently looking for an interface developer. The candidate should first and foremost be an expert in working from PSDs to create CSS/XHTML templates. Experience with JSP, PHP or ASP.net templating is an asset. However, we can ramp you up.
The candidate should possess the following skills:
• Have strong problem solving and error detecting capabilities.
• Awareness of file size considerations for images and flash elements and the ability to reduce the file size wherever possible.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development
• Have strong communication skills and be pro-active addressing potential issues early in a project lifecycle.
• Experience creating CSS for mobile devices
• DHTML experience.
We have real corporate clients and a proven track record in the industry.
You will be working on all types of projects in very dynamic but laid-back environment. You will gain more technical and process experience working with us for six months than you will working for years elsewhere.
