Position Summary:

Technical Sales Support Engineers are responsible for satisfying the needs of new and existing customers by making inbound/outbound calls as well as emails to customers in an effort to maximize their experience with SOTI products. This includes, but not limited to:

• Provide email and telephone based pre and post-sales technical support for our software products
• Investigate issues reported by customers, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues
• Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives

• Some travel, local and international may be required in a supporting role for events or customers in a technical capacity for post and pre sale opportunity.

Qualifications and Must Have Skills:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Be a strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard working, self-motivated, results oriented)
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Solid understanding of computer networking principles

• Demonstrated success in related technical support area

Nice to have Qualifications:

•Knowledge of mobile computing space (Windows Mobile, iOS, Blackberry and Android devices)
•Knowledge of software technologies such as Networking and Databases
•Any prior experience working with mobile device management solutions
•Any experience with SOTI products
•Any experience with Microsoft SQL
•Proficiency in Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Korean or other European Language(s).
