Urgent Contract-to -Permanent Java Oracle Sql STL C++ Developer (Toronto)

Urgently looking for experienced and solid Java/XML/Oracle/Sql/STL Developer.
Location will be in downtown Toronto.
This is 3 months contract to start with and then turning into full-time/permanent position.
Contract hourly rate will be around $45 to 55 per hour and permanent salary will be around $80 to 88K per year.
Developer Job Requirement:
Hands on Core Java and XML
Strong Oracle SQL database design and data modeling
Past experience with C++ language development with STL
Application knowledge related to trading product and risk management application preferred
Past experience of IBM MQ Series is asset
University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Role responsibility
• The candidate will be expected to work for risk management applications to calculate stressed MtM (Mark to Market) value, counter party credit risk exposure and credit valuation adjustment (CVA). The platform is windows HPC environment. The responsibility includes application development and enhancement, application support, and bug fixes.
Knowledge:
• Possesses a university degree in applied technologies and/or 5+ years systems analysis and programming experience with extensive business knowledge
• Possesses solid knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes from both an industry and Banking perspective
• Demonstrates solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance requirements and software development control and release procedures
• Exhibits good understanding of relevant technologies
Skills:
• Possesses solid analytical skills for complex problem solving
• Is able to manage multiple priorities
• Is able adapt and quickly develop in-depth technical understanding of new/different applications
• Is detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates good leadership skills and independence
Must Have:
• Hands on Java SDK Version 1.5 or higher working experience
• Hands on C++ including STL working experience
• Windows Server and Solaris UNIX environment
• Parallel processing (multi-thread)
• Oracle database and SQL
Nice to have:
• Prior experience in risk management system is highly desired
• Strong OTC derivatives and fixed income product knowledge and experience
• Strong understanding of pricing in general re: PV, curve and surface stripping, market data etc.
• Windows HPC with MPI expertise
