Tire Installer, Temp to Permanant Position (GTA and surrounding area)

I would like to hire a candidate with the following skill set and experience.
6 Months-1 year or more (most preferred) on the job experienced. The individual must have Tire Installer Certification and fully licensed (preferred again). Will also consider a candidate who has already accumulated or earned Apprenticeship hours, of and in the least equaling 450 hours in total.
Sales, new business generation experience or abilities. Strong communication and customer service experience with business experience or knowledge.
Physically strong capable of handling heavy duty machine tires, weighing each 800lbs safely/efficiently with proper handling gear-machines-tools. Expectation at present time will be 3-4 completed jobs daily. On call availability as business hours is 24/7. Able to work rotating nights weekends but mostly will be later afternoon shifts to start.
Must have truck driving and G license or higher. Company vehicle and cell phone will be provided upon negotiations or depending on employment agreement and once training completed. Other projects in place with potential for additional compensation and income over and above other mentioned.
Hours of daily operation at present time, (subject to change with work demand) to start is Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm and will commence extended hours to accommodate service for and during winter months. Standard lunch and break times.
Vacation standard and to negotiate depending on performance and or employment agreement.
