We have partnered with our eco-friendly client to launch and operate Kiosk Shops throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking Retail Sales Associates to support our new retail location at the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket
In this role you will be selling, promoting and providing exceptional customer service and interaction that will support these industry leading eco-friendly brands.
The Role Retail Sales Associate
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will leverage your passion for technology and natural affinity for sales to build customer confidence in the products and brand by maximizing the customer experience. Working as part of a team, you will sell a range of products and services while developing positive customer relationships.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• 1-2 years retail sales or customer service experience
• Positive and hard working individual
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to listen carefully and actively
• Interpersonal and communication skills that enable customers to feel comfortable with our products and identify cross selling opportunities
• Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Availability for flexible scheduling
• Previous experience in retail sales and working with targets would be an asset
