Property Administrator (Markham)

Coordinate property management services for 100 residential homes;
Liaise with clients, home owners, tenants, Field Inspectors, suppliers;
Maintain up to date property management information for each property;
Maintain property management systems with up to date and accurate information;
Review property reports and findings and provide recommendations to client;
Ensure tenant satisfaction with premises; communicate with tenants on day-to-day issues; rectify tenant issues; conduct regular property inspections;
Implement rental process;
Credit and reference checks;
Coordinate tenant renewals and rental increases;
Management of repairs and maintenance;
Facilitate utility process for applicable properties;
Initiate and transfer of utility services;
Manage operating budget for respective properties; ensure budget stays on target throughout the year;
Coordinate tasks in preparation for Landlord and Tenant Board matters;
Liaise with accounting department to ensure accounting matters are completed;
Provide applicable reports to accounting team;
Maintaining effective communication between tenants, management, and owners;
Ensure all service contracts are up to date;
Develop, modify, and customize Standard Operating Procedures;
Ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations;
Generate and complete reports as required;
Meet terms of contract with proper allocation of costs;
Oversee contract budgets and controls expenditures;
Assist with marketing tasks;
