SENIOR IT RECRUITERS
LOCATION: Ottawa and Toronto, Ontario
SALARY: OPEN, D.O.E.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years
Dare Human Resources Corporation, a respected International recruitment firm, known for offering exceptional services and solutions to its large Clientele, is actively searching for Senior Recruiters for its offices in Ottawa and Toronto. The candidates must have (and able to prove) an excellent track record in this field, with a minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuously develop innovative approaches to search for qualified professionals;
Pre-screen candidates;
Conduct initial interviews;
Conduct reference checks;
Match candidates against open requirements;
Schedule technical interviews;
ATS maintenance;
Posting opportunities;
Develop matrix for candidate profiles for submissions;
Communicate with candidates on a regular basis;
Support Account Managers with submissions / proposals;
Assist with technology events, job fairs and other related company / industry events.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Bilingual with English and French would be an asset;
• Demonstrated experience to respond quickly to changing priorities;
• Demonstrated experience to work collaboratively with team members and have an optimistic attitude;
• Experience with multiple recruiting methods ranging from internet recruiting, market trend analysis and cutting-edge sourcing techniques is required;
• Proven track record at achieving placement goals in a high paced environment;
• Initiative, high energy, strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously is required;
• Drive for success and the ability to deliver.
