Position (Title): Payroll & Benefits Manager

Reports To: Director, Compensation & Benefits
Work Week: Days
Salary/Rate: $70 -- 75K+ per year, plus performance bonus up to $16K, full benefits, great vacation package and RRSP Plan!!!
Location: Toronto
We're looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager with the following experience:
· Provide subject matter expertise, leadership and direction to both payroll and benefits staff
· Have 3-5 years supervisor or management experience in hr, payroll, benefits division
· Before gaining management experience, must have 5+ years progressive experience in the area of HR, compensation or HCM administration
· Have PCP or CMP designation
· Post-Secondary degree specializing in human resources
· Experience with HCM applications "Workday"
· Used ADP Pay@Work
· Excellent computer skills: MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
· Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills; able to translate complex technical data into accurate and meaningful analyses and reports
· Must have strong understanding of the concepts, principles and practices of compensation plans, including base pay, commissions, and incentives
· Knowledge of employment standards and other relevant provincial employment legislation
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, people, relationship building skills
