Work in a medium sized not for profit company as the Director of H.R. 3 direct reports, implement new HR sytems, deal with union and non-unionized staff, upgrade compensation and benefit program, pro-active in new growth potential, report directly to Board of Directors. Apply employment standards and legistation, coaching and mentoring staff. Analyses of trends, grievances absenteesim etc., develop action plans, review past practices, legal precedent and solutions.
Must have a min. of 10 yrs. experience in Human Resources, worked with union, prefer not for profit experience. Not a glamour Bay Street office environment. Friendly, easy-going environment.
