Job Description:
The Staffing Coordinator/Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the selection, recruitment and screening of counsellors and Care Access Centre staff. The Staffing Coordinator/Recruitment Coordinator works with discretion and makes timely decisions to promote our network. They work collectively with key stakeholders in order to staff the clinical networks in order to respond to customer and client requests both nationally and internationally. Staffing Coordinators/Recruitment Coordinators represent the WorkLife and Professional Services department as a source of confidential information and as a resource to all Managers, Supervisors and Employees.
Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
• Bachelors or equivalent in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources or a related field
• 2-5 years experience in a professional setting
• Previous recruiting and resourcing experience
• Previous experience in health related field
• Knowledge of clinical theoretical models and practical applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-motivated
• Understanding and commitment to clinical confidentiality standards
