Wanted - couple with basic maintenance and administration skills wanted - daily maintenance and repairs, i.e. minor electrical, basic plumbing, drywall, general repairs, paperwork. 10 minutes north of Newmarket. 12 units plus cottages. Must reside onsite - lakefront property on Lake Simcoe. Must have own tools. Skills required; basic knowledge of repairs and maintenance and tools required, basic paperwork. References required.
