P/T Office Admin Assistant for a Growing High End Professional Services company

Personality & Attitude:
• Warm, friendly, and cool under pressure.
• The type of person who simply brightens up the room.
Skills:
• Punctual, responsible, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Follow instructions on multiple tasks, stay organized, and meets deadlines.
• Proficient in the use of standard office applications such as Outlook, MS Office, and web browsers.
• Great on the phone. Able to handle multiple lines, and follow scripts.
• Independent worker, able to stay on task for assignments or client research tasks.
• Team player who takes initiative, and solves problems. Goes the extra mile.
Tasks include:
• Manage front desk, general office areas.
• Handle calls on multi line phone system.
• Coordinate office memos, and scheduling of meeting rooms.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
• Acts as the primary assistant to the Operations Manager
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Occasionally handle office related mini-projects.
• Sales Support (general inquiries, and directing prospects)
