Bilingual Technical Support Specialist (Kingston)

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide internal hardware and software support for staff
- Identify and understand the inquiry and find the appropriate response
- Create troubleshoot ticket and track progress report
- Work with senior management on new product roll outs.
Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
- Post-secondary education completed.
- 3 years experience in Technical Support
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English
