What we are looking for?

QUEUE is looking for two (2) 2011 graduates to fill our End User Support positions. We want candidates who are effective communicators and are also meticulous and caring in the work that they produce. Responsibilities

• Provide help desk and depot support to Fortune 500 and mid-tier clients
• Handle break/fixes on a walk-in basis
• Resolve ticket issues and update ticketing system
• Restore hard drives, install software, troubleshoot end user problems
• Prepare technical documentation and "How To" user guides
• Build relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Canadian University Degree or College Diploma (preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• An aptitude for quickly learning and understanding technology
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system on a PC platform
• Experience with PC hardware and networks
• Exceptional people skills coupled with a strong work ethic
• Ability to handle flexible work schedules, including weekends
• Must have an automobile for travel within the GTA
