ITSS covers areas of Cabling, PC Repairs, Networking (Which includes Server Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance), Client Consultation on new or existing network environments, Backup Solutions & Technologies, Messaging, Website Development/Software Development and other areas.
Senior Network Engineer
The Senior Network Engineer responsibilities will include but not limited to these:
-Providing cutting edge or depending on the client the best solution required for a new or existing network.
-Resolving issues for new and existing networks.
-Involved in sale meetings to get new clientele
-work along with other team member to accomplish customer satisfaction
-Must be a team player i.e. must be willing to do PC Repairs should the need arise.
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Technologies: MS Server 2000-2008, MS Exchange & other Microsoft Technologies, SQL Server is an asset
-Cisco Knowledge & Experience is a good asset.
-The candidate must be dynamic person able to work in dynamic environments
- Should be able to provide detail reports on work done and processes the job will take
- Provide detailed network review.
Managerial Expertise:
Experience of leading, managing and coaching a small team of I.T Professionals
-Solid 6 years or more experience in the field
-The ability to work with clients on managing projects and their budgets.
-Organized and Methodical with ability to multi-task on a range on projects
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
