part time Office Administrator

at Alternative Health Clinic & School in Toronto

An energetic and vibrant Office Administrator wanted for a part-time opportunity managing a busy alternative health Clinic and School.

Main Responsibilities
• Answer phones and greet clients and students in a respectful and client-centered manner;
• Register people for workshops and process client payments;
• Maintain organization of office paper work: printing emails, filing and photocopying;
• Perform other duties as required.

• Two to three years of administration support experience; preferably in a medical or alternative health care clinic
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and experience dealing with the public in a mature and professional manner;
• Intermediate computer skills with MAC computers, MS Word and Excel, desktop publishing and experience with FileMaker Pro;
• Strong experience in data management, and database creation and maintenance;
• Creative social media skills;
• Ability to work independently in office or remotely as required;
• Skilled in prioritizing a multi-task workload, problem-solving; taking initiative and being flexible;
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Position Details
Part-time, 3 days per week. Remuneration dependent on experience. Position may become full-time.
