The Position:

? The Account Supervisor will grow and develop assigned key accounts by ensuring overall client satisfaction with project planning and implementation; effectively owning and assisting with all day-to-day executional elements of our client’s programs and ongoing client relationship. The Account Supervisor will primarily work with our client, PepsiCo and some of SDI’s other top tier client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Proactively contribute throughout the process of the planning, development and execution of account programs
? Build client relations through ongoing communication and participation in internal and external meetings
? Effectively assist with the day-to-day logistics of client programs
? Recruit and hire a team of Brand Ambassadors, including job posting, screening and interviewing
? Facilitate new employee orientations and training, including developing a training deck and training manual that ensures Brand Ambassadors are fully proficient and knowledgeable in program/event execution
? Effectively manage a team of Brand Ambassadors throughout the duration of the program/event, both onsite and in-office
? Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully communicate with account team and use problem solving skills when challenges arise
? The position reports to the Client Services Director

? Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
? Excellent project management skills
? Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
? Out-going personality with proficient verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment
? Quick learner, detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
? Excellent planning, and organizational skills
? Proficient computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications/Requirements:

? Post Secondary Degree or Diploma with a focus in Business and/or Marketing, or equivalent
? 2-3 years experience in an Account Supervisory, client-focused role
? 5+ years experience in sport & event marketing
