ASSOCIATE -- COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
LOCATION: Toronto, Ontario
SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) -- five (5) years
One of our esteemed Clients is actively searching for a Commercial Real Estate Associate for its downtown Toronto office.
This individual must have a minimum of three (3) years of (Canadian) commercial real estate experience working in a law firm environment, preferably from a mid to large sized firm. Membership in good standing with the Ontario Bar Association is necessary as are excellent academic credentials.
The successful candidate must have experience working in fast-paced work environments, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, research and writing skills. You should have strength in dealing with Client services, relationships and developments, in particular with large and complex real estate transactions. You shall be experienced with all aspects of commercial real estate, especially with joint ventures, condo and subdivision development, lending and refinancing, retail and industrial leasing, large acquisitions and dispositions to name a few.
You shall be a talented and diverse Attorney who places a high value on professionalism while providing the highest quality legal services to its clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Three (3) to five (5) years of strong commercial real estate experience;
• Active membership with the Ontario Bar Association;
• Excellent academic credentials;
• Familiarity with all aspects of large and complex real estate transactions.
