LAWYER -- CORPORATE TAX
LOCATION: Toronto, Ontario
SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years
A prominent National full service Law Firm is seeking a lawyer, with three (3) to five (5) years of corporate law experience, to join its tax department in downtown Toronto as an associate. Candidates shall have three (3) to five (5) years of law firm experience and must be highly proficient with all aspects of corporate tax. Membership in good standing with the Ontario Bar Association is necessary. Previous job stability will be taken into account.
A professional demeanor, excellent research and writing skills and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment are a few of the pre-requisites required for this position. Strong academic credentials, in particular from an LLM (tax) program, are preferred.
