Online Recruitment / Sales Representative (Toronto)

As an Online Recruitment Sales Representative you'll work collaboratively with the Director, Online Recruitment in pursuing sales strategies that focus on growing our direct online recruitment business. You'll work with a variety of advertising clients in delivering recruitment solutions that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
• Actively prospect and develop new recruitment business
• Maintain and grow existing business relationships
• Attend, and network through, client and business meetings
• Actively consult with clients on recruitment strategies and expectations
• Manage incoming sales enquiries
• Monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure positive client results and proactively recommend solutions to overcome recruitment challenges
• Maintain and leverage up-to-date sales related collateral; including reports and sales/media kits
• Participate in industry related trade shows and events promoting The Job Navigator posting services
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
• Self-motivated/driven individual who takes ownership and delivers
• A true entrepreneurial spirit with a 'get-the-job-done' attitude
• A passion and understanding of the internet and what it takes to reach and engage online users
• A solid understanding of the recruitment process
• Ability to build solid advertiser relationships
• Strong sales/closing abilities
• Creative, "out-of-the-box" thinker who enjoys creating non-traditional advertising solutions
• A solid understanding and comfort with the internet/social media including web-based management tools
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to play a key role in shaping the future and growth of an exciting online business
