Looking for semi-retired experienced property manager. Minimum 25 years full-time experience. You do not presently manage any properties and are familiar with common issues relating to maintenance of multi-residential properties (ie toilets, sinks, risers, sump pumps, flat roofs, boilers), eviction/termation forms, rental skills. You will be responsible for visiting properties generally once day per week, pay is hourly and be on call for emergencies (carrying a pager at all times).
