BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DISPATCH (NORTH YORK)

Drake International is looking for fluently BILINGUAL (French and English) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to join our client's team.
Working for the Federal Government, you will take incoming calls from various government facilities and dispatch service personnel across Canada.
Successful candidates will work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts for a total of 37.5 hours per week. Training hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 3 weeks at $14.50 per hour. Once training is successfully completed the hourly rate will increase to $16.50 per hour.
The work site is conveniently located on the subway line.
This is a long term temporary position for approximately 10 months with the possibility of permanent or contract employment. This assignment offers a professional work environment, an excellent team atmosphere and the opportunity to learn.
