Part-time telemarketing position (Scarborough)

Position Overview: Working at Robust Roasters, you will provide superior service to customers through outbound contacts. This role focuses on contacting customers and leads to promote Robust Roasters to existing clients and to new prospect clients. Robust Roasters is the authorized Canadian Distributor of the full line of Toper Equipment and Products.
Requirements: High school level and/or more, exceptional command of the english language, high energy and learning mentality, integrity and work ethics, comfortable with the phonecold calling, great attitude and personable.
Responsibilities: Represent our company's philosophies in all areas of sales with a positive, enthusiastic customer service attitude, action oriented with energy for challenge and drive for accomplishment; especially in the face of resistance, highly motivated, punctual, dependable, with the ability to portray a positive attitude.
