Part Time Estimator

Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work as part of a team
Be well organized and detail oriented
Must be able to read blue prints (working drawings) and specifications
Must be familiar with residential construction and related building codes
Ability to do take offs and estimate costing
Proven self started who takes initiative and thrives in a fast paced environment
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with MS Windows software and applications, as well as, experience working with electronic database systems - excellent computer skills
Familiarity with the Bidding process and some experience as well
Minimum 3 years in a similar position and 3 years of concrete and floor finishing estimation
