PART-TIME REAL ESTATE RECEPTION / ADMINISTRATION

Our reputable real estate company is looking for a permanent part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our condominium sales team
for upcoming high rise condominium projects in Toronto. As the Receptionist/Administrator, your role is an integral “front line” point
of contact at our company. Primary duties include answering telephone inquiries and greeting the customer as they enter the presentation centre.
To excel in this position you must be an outgoing and enthusiastic “self-starter”, displaying a professional demeanor, with an ability to
lead conversations with customers (a second language is considered an asset). Also imperative are excellent customer service and
time-management skills; being highly organized; multi-tasking capabilities; and advanced computer proficiency (specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel).
You are the ideal candidate for this position if you possess 2 years+ experience in resale or new home condo administration.
Work hours are on weekends. We are looking for a permanent team member.
