PART TIME office / administrative assistant (FOREST HILL - BATH/St. CLAIR)

A busy MEDICAL ASSESSMENT CENTRE is looking for PART TIME office / administrative assistant. The position requires multi-tasking, working fast, getting along with people and patients, and being able to communicate to people in a professional, direct and compassionate way.
The job demands someone who:
• Displays outstanding interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Can work well and efficiently under pressure
• Displays excellent organizational skills and can work to a deadline
• Pays attention to detail
• Displays excellent written and verbal skills
• Is computer savvy; proficient with MS Office and programs
• Displays the ability to handle multiple projects and work in an environment with little supervision
• Is flexible with working hours if required
Qualifications:
Two years experience in a busy office and a post-secondary education is an asset.
Multitasking and organizational skills expected.
TAKE NOTE HERE
This position is VERY self directed. The work has to get done, and once the work for the day is complete, then you are done. Expect to stay until 7pm, but the start time will vary depending upon how efficient your time is. This job does not necessitate contact with the my patients, but is rather working at your own pace within the office, on the phone, fax, computer, etc.
$13 / hour to start.
Hours per week: Part-Time – approx 25 hours to start – Monday to Friday, usually between 2 and 7, with Saturday if necessary.
