Manpower is searching for a Professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative with proven experience in the financial industry.
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for:
•Responding to shareholder and broker/dealer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner in French and English.
•You will satisfy client's concerns by effectively communicating information regarding company products, policies and procedures and research all types of customer service problems.
•Actively promote new products, services and Marketing and Sales initiatives.
•Demonstrate professionalism and exhibit personal accountability in your own career development.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to demonstrate mentoring and coaching skills have the ability to communicate information in a timely manner and have an expert knowledge of the financial industry.
Must have an undergraduate education college/university and 3-5 years experience in customer service.
