Par-Med is a busy property management company with a focus on medical buildings. We have created a new position, as an office administrator to join our fast paced leasing department.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative support for the leasing team
• Ensuring the details of the lease (pre and post) take place from arranging signage, advertising, updating web site, telephone and written correspondence through to final closing details
• File (electronic and paper) management – some of which is more complex than simply filing
• document scanning
• prepare cover letters to accompany documents
• arrange for couriers
• special projects as time permits based on your capabilities which may vary from ordering flowers to assisting with research
About you:
• highly organized and attentive to details, even when interrupted by calls and internal requests
• a mature and confident individual who interacts well at all levels
• excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
• real estate and/or legal background is an asset
• enjoy variety and working in a fast paced environment
• work well in a team setting
• proficient Microsoft Office skills
• take initiative and work well with minimal supervision
• calm demeanour who works steadily towards the end goal which sometimes comes with a sense of urgency
