Part Time Purchasing Administrator
Our client located in the Meadowvale area is looking for a Part-Time Purchasing Administrator. They are a manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods.
DUTIES:
• Item master maintenance for raw materials, resale items, case goods in JDE AS400 system on daily basis
• Item Master and Bill of Material maintenance for national dealers’ program.
• Maintain and update purchase prices in JDE AS400 system
• Support Engineering department in item master additions/revisions, BOM and router changes, spec changes, etc.
• Maintain and update NAFTA Certificate of Origin for all inbound shipments.
• Monitor and Expedite inbound shipments if necessary.
• Other duties and assignments are required.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
• Working knowledge of computerized inventory management and material distribution systems (preferably JDE AS400)
• Computer application experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel is essential
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must.
• Strong ability to work with and manage multiple priorities on a consistent basis
