Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Servicing customers on the phone.
- Handling financial calls in French and English.
- Helping with applications to new accounts, financial information
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Fluent in French & English (written will be tested).
- Customer Service (retail and call centre accepted).
- Great language and computer skills.
- Can pass a credit and criminal check (will be verified).
