Job Description:
Hands-on project with Microsoft's desktop deployment for Windows XP/Vista/7 deployment infrastructure design and architecture including upgrade, application compatibility and deployment planning.
Mac OS support and set-up
Requirements:
- 2 years of Help Desk support with Windows and Mac OS
- Active Directory
- Windows desktop image development and management
- Light touch/Zero touch deployment
- VPN's and General Networking
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- WINS Architecture
- Desktop operations management using Systems Center Operations Manager 2007 (SCOM)
- Desktop configuration management using Systems Center Configuration Manager 2007 (SCCM)
- MAC OSX
- Entourage (MAC)
