POSITION: Bilingual Technical Customer Service - Advisor
REPORTING TO: Director of Technical Services
Status: Salaried position + full benefits package offered

OVERVIEW:
Functioning as a key member of the Service Team, the Technical Advisor provides consultation services to customers regarding equipment requiring repair. Assists customers by answering questions regarding the repair and providing suggestions for future problem prevention, as well as communicating with sales staff regarding special situations such as repairs, trade-in opportunities, customer concerns, etc. Liaisons with Sales and Service Department to meet company goals and objectives toward the achievement of superior customer service satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Total commitment to serve and satisfy our customers. Clearly understand customers? expectations and make it convenient for customers to do business with us.
? Review all estimates prior to being sent to the customer to ensure they are correct and that the customers concerns are being addressed.
? Provide telephone consultation services to customers regarding troubleshooting problems and repairs involving medical equipment.
? Provide monthly loaner activity report to the Director of Service with recommendations on loaner additions.
? Provide repair history reports for sales reps. and customers providing guidance on how to analyze and understand the information.
? Provide technical support to sales reps using available in-house information systems as well as accessing technical support when needed.
? Provide training to customer support staff regarding service support and products.
? Assist customers and sales staff by answering questions and providing resolutions and suggestions regarding specific service issues and challenges.
? Work with Service team to improve overall customer satisfaction and business performance.
? Perform all other essential duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Degree in Business or Technical/Electronic field preferred, or equivalent experience
? Minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer service, sales or technical csr required with demonstrated experience in customer satisfaction.
MUST be Biingual - FRENCH/English (verbal and written)
Field sales/service experience is a plus.
? Sales and Service Advisor
? Computer ? JDE, Solomon, Lotus Notes, Access, Excel, Word
