Contracts Procurement & Sales Support Consultant
Responsibilities Working with third party agreements and high level contracts (millions)
Identifying bundles and solutions for distribution from the manufacturers
Contract management
Working with price points, terms and conditions, pricing
Providing quotations to the sales teams
Acting as support for the account managers/ sales team, assisting with quotes and identifying bundle opportunities to offer new and existing customers
Updating and maintaining vendor agreements with clients and manufacturing vendors identifying distribution solutions from the manufacturer
Working on customizable solutions of order quantities to reduce costs Identifying ways to increase revenues and decrease costs
Processing logistics for large variety of devices ( well over 300)
Contacting manufacturers internationally to replenish equipment inventory and process returns of damaged equipment.
Requirements Excellent communication skills, professional presentation
Contracts management experience in the IT industry
Strong accounting, numeric aptitude
Confident team player
Works well independently
Experience handling logistics and order fulfillment.
Min. 3 years of contract management and processing in an IT environment with hardware and software product knowledge
Create and modify quotes as requested by Account Managers or Customers
Create quotes for Canadian Government sectors with special pricing and discount calculations Issue new contracts and renewals for products and technical services to new and existing customers
Calculate annual maintenance costs.
Prepare orders to our suppliers and enter Customer Orders via Great Plains Issue purchase orders to suppliers for products and services
Receive, Ship and issue invoices for customer orders
Track, expedite orders to meet critical timelines
Maintain customer accounts
Provide support to Sales and Technical Team
Education/Skills/Experience
3 years minimum in a contracts or sales administration position
Post Secondary Education
Excellent communication skills must be fluent in English and bilingual French is preferred.
Ability to Multi-Task.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Great Plains Experience a plus.
Strong Math and Excel skills, some accounting experience preferred.
Previous work experience within the I/T sales industry.
