Full Time Technician for Avaya IP Office and NEC phone systems (Toronto)

Digitcom is seeking a full time technician to install, service, and support business phone systems. The candidate should have extensive experience with technical support, dealing under pressure with customer interfacing situations and creative technical problem solving. Experience with the Avaya IP Office is necessary, NEC SV8100 and 8300, and Cisco UCME.

2. How long have you been servicing phone equipment ?
