Developer Community Manager (Toronto, ON)

FreshBooks is looking for a Developer Community Manager to connect with and educate developers about our world-class invoicing platform. In this role, you will market to and support developers considering using our API to either integrate with FreshBooks or use FreshBooks as a billing engine for their applications.
You will:
- Identify opportunities to promote the FreshBooks platform within developer communities and attend conferences
- Own and organize the FreshBooks developer community and site
- Champion customer support to the dev community and lead as a top responder to their questions
- Help drive the direction of the API and platform teams to meet the needs of the community
We need you to have:
- Ability to discuss the design and architecture of a web application
- Fantastic communication, public speaking, and social media skills
- Ability to listen and capture technical requirements and communicate them back to team
- Experience participating in developer communities, such as open source projects
- Ability to travel to the United States
