Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Senior Stylist you will be responsible to represent Want and meet the needs of our customers, while excelling within our team of stylists with phenomenal sales and customer service results. Strong work ethic, utmost integrity, excellent sales and customer service abilities are all rewarded with competitive compensation packages which include incentives, clothing allowances and other great perks!
We are currently looking for full-time Senior Stylists for our four stores located in Toronto at Yonge & St. Clair and at Avenue Road & Lawrence; Richmond Hill at Bathurst & Carrville; and in Oakville.
Experience and Skills:
• Education – minimum secondary school graduates, with preference of undergraduate degree, college degree or experiential equivalent for full-time applicants.
• 5+ years of clothing retail sales experience with specific boutique or high-end sales experience being a definite asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Outgoing and confident personality with a natural flair for working with people
• Has a love of fashion and shows an individual style that is fashion forward
• Strong customer service skills with experience in “relationship-based selling”
