Job Summary:
Actively contributes to customer service and sales to ensure that all product and sales goals are achieved through the conscientious application of New Balance Toronto standards to achieve our goals.
Essential Functions:
·Provides excellent customer service in all aspects of service including each step of the sales process
·Participates in execution of responsibilities on the job lists
·Participates with the store team in achieving all aspects of sales, service, store readiness, merchandising and restocking of product, store cleanliness, control of assets, health and safety practices, and compliance with New Balance policies and procedures
·Responsible to maintain a high level of product knowledge through the participation of training sessions that are conducted in and outside the store
·Controls shortage through inventory control and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines
·Maintains appropriate paperwork regarding returns, telephone and special orders
·Performs other related duties as required
Required skills:

·Able to work a flexible schedule (evenings & weekends)
