Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and executes plans to increase sales and profits, reduce shrink and control costs.
2.Supervises, recruits, motivates and schedules staff that meet company culture (philosophies, policies and procedures)
3.Communicates company objectives, strategies, policies and procedures to store level staff and management.
4.Promotes and maintain superior customer service standards.
5. Direct and monitors merchandising level and product presentations.
6.Manages the day to day store operations inclusive of having a clean, safe and well maintained interior and exterior store facility..
