Realstar is a dynamic, leading residential property management company. This is a permanent full-time, two-person live-in role for an upscale 300 unit property in the Mississauga/Etobicoke area.
Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management. Assistant Resident Managers need to have a service oriented approach so that resident issues can be dealt with in a timely and positive manner. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide cleaning services to the building with the balance of the work being Customer Service, Fire Safety, Life Safety, Emergency Response, Renting & Administration, and Property Maintenance.

3-5 years of superintendent experience and some customer service experience is required.
