Senior Property Manager - Mixed portfolio (Toronto)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a successful and stable, Real Estate/Property Management Company in the GTA.
The candidate will manage a mixed portfolio of commercial, residential and condominium (3rd party management and in-house properties) and is responsible for the day to day operation of a group of properties, which includes:
• Maintaining communication between tenants, management/owners and co-workers
• Supervising building staff
• Conducting building inspections regularly and determining required repairs, maintenance and capital improvements
Ideal skills for the successful candidate include:
• Minimum 5-10 years experience managing a mixed portfolio
• Sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and Condominium Act
• CPM or RPA designations (or working towards) preferred
• Strong communication, problem solving and negotiating skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Yardi
