Hello
I am looking to lease three 1 bdr apartments in Toronto downtown or midtown area. For every apartment/ condo unit that you find me, I will pay you $200. The units must satisfy following conditions:
- Must be 1 bdr or 1 bdr + Den or 2 Bdr apartment/ condo
- Must be less than or equal to $1200 per month
- Must have condition of subletting= OK written in the lease agreement
- Must be an apartment/ condo building and not a house
- Must have laundry on site or in suite.
- Must be a decent building in both structure and condition and personnel living in there.
- Must be walkable from major subway line. Less than or equal to 5 minutes from subway station
-Following areas are to be excluded: Bloor/ Sherbourne; Bloor/ Isabella and around. In essence nothing on Bloor line is going to be considered unless its exceptionally good for the price.
- Anything along Yonge line which is five minutes walking from subway is definitely good.
- No Basements
If you can find me three apartments like this, you get $600 in your pocket rightaway. If you do a good job I will hire you for more property management work
