Busy Real Estate Agent hiring Full-time Administrative Assistant (McNicoll Ave/Victoria Park Ave)
at Human Resources in Toronto
Our ideal candidate will have had experience in office administration.
Prefer candidates who are Asian.
MUST be fluent in BOTH English and Cantonese due to our client base.
Location: Century 21 Real Estate office, McNicoll Ave/Victoria Park
Compensation: starting at $1,800 monthly
Qualifications:
• Must be a presentable person, friendly, enthusiastic, good people skills
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently
• Organized, thorough and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure
• Maintain highest level of professionalism when dealing with clients
• Focused, reliable, innovative and productive
• Someone that is committed, and will take their work seriously and professionally
• Fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with computers & software (Quick!Office, MS Word, Excel, Internet, Emails, PhotoShop, Update website)
• Knowledge of Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Blogging, etc)
• Must have car, requires some travel
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing and sending out mail
• Managing the Administrator’s calendar
• Filing, faxing & photocopying
• Performing general reception duties
• Validating office management documents
• Updating client database
• Assisting with the organization of company events
• Schedule meetings
• Preparing listings, offers and related documents
• Preparing promotional materials e.g. feature sheets, brochures
• Internet searching, Ad posting, and updating Agent's website
• Other daily administrative office duties
