Intermediate - Senior Law Clerk - Insurance Defence (Up to $70K) (Downtown )

Our client, a mid-sized Law Firm located in the Downtown core, are seeking to hire an Intermediate-Senior Law Clerk to work for a busy Partner. Candidates must have 5 - 7 years Insurance Defence experience. Health law and/or Medical Malpractice experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure, Health and Medical law will also be essential. A Law Clerk diploma or ILCO Certificate would be an asset. Candidates with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently will do well in this role.
