Our client, one of Canada's leading specialty firms, are seeking to hire an additional Legal Assistant for their growing team. Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation. Knowledge of the Federal and Ontario Civil Procedure rules; familiarity with Patent, Trade Mark, and Copyright laws would be an asset. Responsibilities will include, drafting correspondence and litigation documents, arranging searches, and dealing with the Federal and Ontario courts. A Legal Assistant diploma is preferred.
