Intermediate Law Clerk - Corporate/Securities (Downtown )

Our client is a large Downtown Law Firm who have been offering a wide range of legal services for almost 100 years. They currently have an immediate opening for an Intermediate Law Clerk in the Corporate Finance department. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of prior experience in Corporate/Securities. Previous experience with NRD, SEDAR and SEDI filings, as well as preparing registrations is required. A strong understanding of Securities Legislation is essential. A Law Clerk Diploma or Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Certificate is required in order to be considered. Some minimal overtime may be required.
