Infusion Development is a Software Consulting company with offices in New York, Toronto, London and Dubai. Our Software Consultants develop and implement enterprise-scale financial systems and mission critical solutions for an extensive global client list that includes the world’s largest banks, government agencies, pharmaceutical firms and e-commerce companies. We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to source and hire top notch Software Developers.
Infusion Development is an exciting place to work. We are expecting to grow exponentially in the next year. In two years we grew from an HR Department of one to a global HR department of 6. This is a fast paced high volume recruiting department. Our Consultants work on cool projects with the latest technology and for some of the best clients in the world.
You are an innovator. You know that posting jobs on websites to find candidates is old school. You will drive the initiative that will build our in house internal recruiting engine.
Resourceful is second nature to you. You know where to find both passive and active. You have no problem calling up a referral and selling them on a new opportunity at Infusion.
You may not be a Software Developer but you know technology, you can talk about it and you are excited about it. You are able to meet with hiring managers, identify the hiring requirements and source candidates for Toronto and New York
You can juggle a huge recruiting pipeline and over the next 6 months you will reduce the companies time to hire
You’re a networker and sales person.
You think big. No idea is too crazy. You have an interest in marketing and love the idea of putting together creative recruiting campaign for new graduates and experienced hires
Our Ideal Candidates is a jack of all trades with a strong interest in recruiting and human resources and
· Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field
· You have at least two years of recruiting experience at a Software Company or for a Recruiting Agency
· Attention to details is critical. We need a candidate who pays attention and who has the ability to build processed around recruitment
· Proven execution. We are not only looking for an out of the box thinker but an individual who can take those great ideas and see them through to completion
· Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
