We are a leader in delivering quality industrial cleaning services to the manufacturing and technology sectors – specializing in automotive (OEM & 1-Tier), technology, pharmaceutical, and FIBC clients throughout Canada, US, and Europe. Team Solutions has a solid reputation for providing exceptional quality service while maintaining safe working environments and generating strong growth in revenue and market share.
We require an experienced Human Resources Manager to assist in the design and implementation of creating a rewarding and motivating working environment by providing consulting services, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, coaching to managers on training and development, performance management, employee relations, corrective action, termination, legislative matters and preparation of an HR plan. The Human Resources Manager will also supervise a team of human resources professionals.
The ideal candidate has:
• A minimum of 5 years proven HR management experience.
• Experience in a unionized automotive manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.
• Must have experience in managing 3 direct reports.
• Must have a strong background in recruitment and benefits administration.
• Strong MS Office, communication, leadership and organizational skills
• A post secondary degree or diploma with an emphasis on HR and/or a CHRP designation.
• Team oriented and highly motivated with strong attention to detail.
• This position will be based out of Markham, Ontario and travelling may be required occasionally to regions in the US and/or UK.
